Emma joined Caci Rotorua with over 10 years experience in frontline customer service. She prides herself with a warm and welcoming personality, and loves to meet new people, always going the extra mile to make our customers feel at ease. 

Seeing the great results that are achieved through our treatment plans are very rewarding and Emma loves to see our customers walking away smiling.

Waimarie

Waimarie is qualified in ITEC and CIBTAC ,she has been in the industry for over eight years. Having experience in SPA therapy she provides clients with exceptional result driven treatments in a relaxed methodical way.

She thrives on creating rapport with clients and guiding them through their individual skin journey.

Her favourite product is anything from Murad's White Brilliance range.

Kerrianne

Kerrianne is an award-winning Senior Beauty Therapist and VPL Specialist with over 30 years experience in the Beauty industry. She is very passionate about skin health and enjoys making her customers feel amazing. She builds great relationships with all of our loyal customers, some if which she has been treating for over 20 years! 

Her extensive knowledge and advanced skills give her the ability to help you achieve outstanding results.

Mahia

Mahia joined Caci Rotorua and has been with Caci for over 3 years. In her time with Caci she has been awarded a top therapist award at our national conference. Dedicated and passionate about skin she enjoys performing comprehensive skin analysis, recommending and delivering a variety of treatments and skincare to achieve your desired results.

Collagen-induction has to be her favorite treatment and she loves using the Murad Environmental Shield range which is full of antioxidant protection. Mahia looks forward to working with you along your Caci journey.

Natasha

She has been in the beauty industry for over 10 years. Her passion is in skin health and educating her clients.

She is driven by result based treatments and getting clients excited about improving their skin.

Natasha specialises in skin health treatments, Non-Surgical Facelift, Light Therapy and Laser Hair Removal.

Mel has a diploma in beauty therapy and CIBTAC International qualified in Beauty Therapy & Electrolysis. Her main focus is customer care, making each person who comes through our doors feel confident in their own skin. 

Mel is friendly and professional, and she is excited to be apart of the Caci Team. Her favourite treatment is Sonophoresis Infusion and Laser.

Her favourite product is Murad's Retinol Youth Serum, but loves all the serums as they target individual concerns!

Gina

Gina has a genuine and customer focused approach, prioritizing customer safety and comfort. She has a background in critical care, high dependency and cardiac nursing.

Prior to becoming a Registered Nurse, she worked in the cosmetic industry and has a ITEC Diploma in makeup artistry and special effects. Gina loves to use her creative and artistic abilities to ensure that customers leave our clinic with a Caci smile.
